Austin J Phillips

Austin is a London-based camera operator specialising in Steadicam. Drawing on his interests in music, climbing, and movement practice, he brings a natural intuition to his camera work.

With extensive experience in commercial, music, and narrative short-form productions, and as an ACO associate member, Austin is further expanding his passion for narrative storytelling into long-form productions.

Austin continues to expand the possibilities of creative camera movement with the MK-V AR Omega, allowing him to explore past the rules and limitations of traditional Steadicam to best service the narrative.
